Lisa Weatherbee, one half of the Morning Buzz

Hey I’m Lisa!!  I‘m an Alberta girl, born and raised in Calgary but I now consider myself a Red Deerian after four years in this wonderful city. (Go Rebels!)  I love to dance, play volleyball, and I studied Journalism at Mount Royal College for four years before making my way up the QE2 to work as a news reporter.  I covered crime for two years with Big 105 before getting the chance to co-host the Morning Buzz!
I packed my bags and moved to Red Deer without looking back and it seems to have worked so far… I met my amazing husband, got married, bought a house, all the good stuff. 
I love to hang with my two boys (dogs) Jake and Sparky, I love horror movies, stand up comedy and of course, my family.

Hobbies: Shoe shopping, travelling, sports and watching hockey (Oh, Canada) 
Quirks:  I can't sneeze.  Instead I make this awful scene involving convulsing and beat boxing.
