The Red Deer Festival of the Performing Arts welcomes entries to this years festival which is scheduled for April 23-27.  The Red Deer Festival has grown to become one of Alberta’s largest competitive festivals of its kind with over 1,100 entries and more than 6000 participants who range in age from about 5-25 years.  This years festival features new classes in voice, Piano, Musical Theatre, Instrumental, Strings, Band, Choral, and Speech Arts.  More info and entry forms available at www.reddeerkiwanisfestival.org.  Entry forms can also be picked up at the RDC Arts Centre Security Desk or at 53^rd Street Music.  Deadline for entries is January 31.
